I live near York, Pennsylvania, and am interested in commissions within driving distance. We could discuss what you are seeking with regards to subject matter and size. The optimal process is for me to meet the subject in person and photograph them myself, but it may be possible to use your photographs.

I am happy to provide an estimate and a timeframe. The price range for an oil painting could be $300 for a small pet portrait, yet a complex or multi-subject painting may be quite a bit more.
